Telecom Sales Leader

Polarium specializes in innovative energy storage solutions designed to transform the way we approach energy solutions.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strategic client relationships. This involves developing and implementing account strategies to drive sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and uncovering new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales growth by managing key Telecom customer accounts, including MNOs and Tower Companies across Europe.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and addressing their needs proactively.
- Collaborating closely with customers to understand their requirements and articulating the unique value of Polarium's solutions tailored to their needs.
- Overseeing the entire sales process, from customer onboarding and contract negotiation to order placement and solution delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
- Managing customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, working in coordination with internal Polarium teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales in the large telecom sector.
- Experience selling complex energy products and solutions, preferably in the telecom, power supply, and/or battery field.
- Demonstrable technical knowledge in the field of telecom power and/or battery systems.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
