As a seasoned sales leader at TN Sweden, you will spearhead the global sales strategy and drive commercial excellence for Telecom Operators. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute high-impact sales plans that foster business growth and revenue expansion.
Main Objectives:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to Telecom Operator needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of new partnerships with Telecom Operators, leveraging your expertise in business growth and commercial excellence.
- Promote best practices and operational efficiency across the sales organization.
- Lead the Partner Program for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), driving strategic collaborations and mutual benefits.
- Proven track record of leading sales organizations at scale, with a deep understanding of global business operations.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, including relationship management and communication.
- In-depth knowledge of Telecom Operators' business models and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Experience in achieving significant business development and revenue growth.
