NielsenIQ is seeking a highly experienced Telecom Industry Leader to join our team as the VP Global Mobile Network Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the go-to-market approach for our suite of sales measurement and consumer insight solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Telecom industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet client needs and drive business results.
  3. Promote commercial excellence by driving best practices across the community of Telecom Operator Account Managers.
  4. Oversee the Partner Program for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs).
  5. Secure new partnerships with Telecom Operators and develop a defined data sourcing strategy to drive mutual growth and enhance decision-making processes.
  6. Develop and deliver internal training programs to empower Telecom Operator Account Managers with a deep understanding of industry trends and business requirements.
Essential Skills and Expectations
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales role within the Telecom industry.
  • Direct line management experience with a proven track record of driving team performance to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Experience in leading and managing complex sales cycles, including negotiations with senior executives.
