Role Summary

As a Sales Performance Leader, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with executives at organizations with revenue exceeding $10 million, driving sales cycles through product demos and follow-up calls, and negotiating pricing and contracts while meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, specifically in the Nordics region, with a proven track record of exceeding quota. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a high-velocity sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with executives to close new business deals
  • Drive sales cycles through product demos and follow-up calls
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts while meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
  • Network with potential clients to create and maintain a robust new business pipeline

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a teamed environment and will be able to provide input and feedback regarding competitive activity and future product direction. Additionally, they will develop and maintain a deep level of understanding of the problems our clients face with effectively closing their books and the way in which FloQast helps solve these challenges.
