Key Responsibilities- Manage sales performance and process management from start to finish
- Utilize proficiency in CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, and PipeDrive for effective sales operations
- Native-level proficiency in Swedish or Finnish and ability to work fluently in English
- Maintain prospecting calls as part of regular sales activities
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Fixed salary structure and performance-based commission scheme
- Flexible work arrangement with 'freedom under responsibility'
