About the Job

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to analyzing sales performance and developing effective marketing strategies.

This challenging role will require you to analyze sales performance data, identify opportunities for process optimization and improved conversion rates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales performance data and identify opportunities for process optimization and improved conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and measure demand generation efforts and campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver actionable insights into customer acquisition, segmentation, and lead conversion.
  • Refine A/B testing methodologies to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support senior leadership by delivering data-driven recommendations on strategic initiatives.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards to measure progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain and expand the Marketing and Sales data architecture across multiple systems.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of key sales and marketing data, including lead-to-sale performance, customer lifetime value, return on ad spend, and customer journey mapping.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, or marketing analysis within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of using data to inform decisions in a sales or marketing context.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Funnel, Google Tag Manager).
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of sales pipelines, customer acquisition metrics, and marketing performance indicators.
