Main Responsibilities:
  • We're looking for someone to take full responsibility of our commission model/process. This includes actively driving and improving the commission model, carrying out monthly calculations, communicating with stakeholders, and providing education and support.
  • You'll work closely with our Sales team to set commercial targets, plan commission schemes, and forecast revenue. Your input will be crucial in helping us create a financial budget and quarterly rolling forecast.
  • This role also involves managing a colleague within the team, so we need someone who has demonstrated strong team leadership skills in their past experiences.

Requirements:
  • You should be analytical, able to build structure, and execute a rule-based commission system. Strong communication skills are essential for anchoring, explaining, and convincing stakeholders.
  • An academic background in finance, business administration, industrial economics, or a similar field is required.
  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in sales controlling or management consulting, with a focus on handling sales commissions.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are necessary, and fluency in English is a must (Swedish is a plus).
