Job Title: Sales and Technical Consultant for IAM

Join us as a Sales and Technical Consultant for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and help our customers succeed

About the Role:

As a Sales and Technical Consultant, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, deliver product demonstrations, and lead proof-of-concept engagements.

You will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and ensuring smooth post-sales handovers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of PhenixID's IAM solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Documentation: Support the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and architecture diagrams.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure smooth post-sales handovers.
  • Training: Assist with training internal teams and customers on IAM solutions.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in sales and technical consulting, preferably in IAM.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in Swedish & English.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant education and certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM).
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
