Global Sales Support Role

As a Sales Team Lead at Hitachi Energy, you will be responsible for leading a team of professional sales supports. This role involves order intake, gross margin management, market share development, and pricing position establishment in accordance with the company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Professional marketing and sales of products within the company.
- Market positioning, market share, order received, gross margin, pricing, and monitoring and expanding market size worldwide in accordance to market allocations by Global Product Group.
- Building, maintaining, and managing a professional, well-trained, and motivated sales support team committed to business and behavioral targets.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of product offerings, and provide solutions. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Effective use of the sales organization as a channel to customers and product strategy including Account Managers, Local BU Market Managers, Hub BU Marketing and Sales, Global Product Marketing Managers, and Product Marketing.
- Responsible for the use and data quality of global sales and marketing tools such as configurator, Salesforce, etc. including LEAN in sales processes and tools.
