Job Description

The Sales Support Manager will lead a team of professional sales supports to deliver successful customer experiences. Key responsibilities include order intake, gross margin, market share, market development, sales channels, and pricing position in accordance with company strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the high-voltage transmission & distribution segment is a plus.
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing and sales or business development roles.
  • Business fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proven team lead capability, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • High customer orientation, intercultural sensitivity, and team working skills.
