Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business by working closely with customers to become their first choice when selecting On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings for their Transformers.

The role involves establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, including those with transformer manufacturers and end-users such as utility companies or large industries.

The candidate will collaborate with local sales teams to achieve sales targets and product approvals through excellent service and understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by working closely with customers to become their first choice when selecting On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings for their Transformers.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, including those with transformer manufacturers and end-users such as utility companies or large industries.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to achieve sales targets and product approvals through excellent service and understanding of customer needs.
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers that translate customer requirements into suitable technology solutions and proposals.
  • Ensure seamless handover of customer requirements and contracts to project management teams.
  • Monitor sales opportunities to provide accurate forecasting for management.
  • Develop and implement plans to execute short-term and long-term actions effectively.
