About the Team

The Sales, Engineering, and Operations Planning team is responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. We are a collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SE&OP strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth.

  • Manage and implement global projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality results.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or related roles.

  • Proven experience in managing and implementing global projects with a solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and business transformation.

  • Strong understanding of Sales, Engineering, and Operations Planning processes, as well as working knowledge of relevant technologies (e.g., SAP).

  • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations.

  • Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to implement process improvements effectively.

  • A strong commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
