Regional Sales Business Developer

- Work with dedicated markets to generate new business by closely collaborating with customers to become their first choice when selecting On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings for their Transformers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with transformer manufacturers and end-users, including utility companies and large industries.
- Build close cooperation and teamwork with local sales professionals to achieve sales targets and product approvals through excellent service and customer understanding.
- Prepare technical/commercial offers by translating customer requirements into appropriate technology solutions and proposals.
- Follow the sales process to ensure that customer requirements and contracts are effectively transferred to the project management team.
- Monitor sales opportunities to provide accurate forecasting to the management.
- Develop plans and continuously follow up on short-term and long-term actions to ensure execution as planned.
