As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team that assists new colleagues during their onboarding process. This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with various functions and participating in cross-functional projects aimed at continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include managing customer orders, handling a global customer portfolio, and collaborating closely with sales, after-sales, finance, planning, production, design, and SCM departments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant work experience in business administration, engineering, purchasing, or similar fields.
  • Strong organizational skills, driven individuals who can prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Technical interest and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal) and proficiency in Swedish is preferred.
