Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to develop strong relationships and understand their needs, ensuring that our products meet their requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with local sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve shared sales targets.
  • Develop and prepare technical/commercial offers by translating customer requirements into appropriate technology solutions and proposals.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities to provide accurate forecasting to management and execute short-term and long-term actions as planned.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the electrical or energy sector.
  • Strong electrical and/or technical background, ideally combined with commercial competence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Structured, persistent, and well-organized approach to work, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
