Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Professional at Pleo, you will play a key role in driving 'Enterprise-like Experiences' for our biggest customers in the UKI market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our main stakeholders at the companies, and collaborating closely with our Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling our biggest strategic customers, also known as 'Whales', in collaboration with two other peers.
- Building a moat around your biggest customers to ensure retention and growth.
- Acting like a leader by setting an example through behaviour, rather than title.
- Improving internal stakeholder relationships across departments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in a consultative customer-facing role, preferably in an enterprise software or SaaS organisation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Basic finance/accounting knowledge and/or experience working with tool integrations (ideally).
- Fluency in English (our company language).
