Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Merkle Sweden. As a key member of our Strategy and Consulting team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customer-centric strategies that drive growth and engagement.
Your primary focus will be on helping clients develop comprehensive customer experience strategies that meet their evolving needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects
- Participate in delivering multiple strategy engagements for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
- Be a highly considered colleague within Consulting and across Merkle Practices
Qualifications:
- A degree in economics, business management or international marketing
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a consultant in a strategic function
- Excellent knowledge of customer experience strategy and practical application of consulting methods and models
- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively
- A customer-centric mindset and understanding of customer journeys
- Enthusiasm for topics such as customer journey mapping, customer segmentation, and customer analytics
