Job Description

As an International Sales Professional, you will commence your career in our internal sales department where you will gain insight into work processes and build product and customer knowledge. You will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to learn about the various industries we operate in. With your proactive and motivated attitude, you will develop your sales skills both on-the-job and through training, preparing you for a dynamic role in the field with a lot of freedom and responsibility.

Onboarding Period:

  • Commence in the internal sales department to understand internal administrative processes and guidelines.
  • Become familiar with our products and customers.

Sales Skills:

  • Develop your sales techniques through personal guidance and training.
  • Maintain and expand our customer base.
  • Analyze and develop new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and report results.
  • Participate in trade fairs, events, and networking meetings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards.
