About the Role
Unit4 is searching for a highly motivated New Business Account Manager to spearhead revenue growth initiatives in the medium enterprise market. This critical role requires a seasoned sales professional who can develop and execute a winning sales strategy, engage internal teams, and build lasting relationships with customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify new business opportunities and create tailored sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless sales cycles, ensuring timely and effective delivery of pre-sales, value engineering, professional services, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to foster strong customer relationships and drive successful sales outcomes.
- Deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives, showcasing the value proposition of Unit4's solutions and their business benefits.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of experience in selling complex software solutions, with a focus on ERP or financial SaaS solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Professional Service Organizations sector and the ability to understand business processes.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.
