Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in the early stages of our sales cycle, engaging with prospective customers through various outbound channels like LinkedIn, cold calling, and email. Your primary goal is to generate qualified pipeline for our sales organization.
You will receive regular coaching from your line manager and senior sales managers, as well as collaborate with a supportive team of SDR peers. This role offers exciting opportunities for growth within Benify AB.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong professional language skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Enthusiasm and determination to succeed in SaaS sales
- Excellent communication skills and a positive mindset.

- A strong interest in HR technology and/or willingness to learn more about the industry.
