About the Role

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share in the upper part of Sweden with a focus on the Stockholm area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and/or medical field, with experience in selling complex products. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise.
  • Conducting negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, and purchasing departments to achieve qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
  • Providing advice and training to surgical & theatre staff in the use of our orthopedic products during workshops.
