**Job Description:**

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Customer Experience and Engagement at the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a world-class experience during their stay. They will work closely with the hotel's operations team to develop strategies to improve the guest experience and address any issues that may arise.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, with a strong background in customer service and experience working with teams to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the guest experience.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless and high-quality service.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel's brand and values.
