Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Net Insight.

As a key member of our Customer Success unit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless deployment and maximizing the value derived from our media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and optimize our solutions to meet client needs.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor for all phases of the customer lifecycle.
  3. Deliver targeted training and support to enable customers to fully leverage our technology.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following roles: Customer Success Manager (with a techy flair), Systems Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Linux environment, scripting Bash/Shell, and knowledge of Python.
  • Broad experience delivering IP Network products and solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
