As a Customer Success Manager in Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions, you will be part of the Service and Solution Delivery team at Philips, driving customer success and value creation through collaboration.
Your role will involve:
Directly contributing to advancing global healthcare outcomes by developing and implementing effective strategies.
Working closely with a multi-functional team, including Account Managers, Product/Business Specialists, Clinical Applications Specialists, Project Managers, and Service Engineers.
Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and driving results within complex organizations.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A master's degree in Engineering, Business, Health, or a related field.
Experience in customer relationship management and/or management consulting with a strategic approach.
Strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships and achieving results within complex organizations.
Fluency in English and practical experience in a clinical setting.
About our way of working: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
