Customer Experience Specialist

CatalystOne Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to build long-term sustainable relationships with our customers. As part of our Customer Success Team, you will work daily to ensure excellent customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of customers, including companies with 300-5000 employees across various industries.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Develop and implement success plans, forecasting customer growth and predicting potential risks.
- Evaluate churn risk for all customers and develop strategies to mitigate it.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Work closely with internal experts to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Foster strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of customers.
- Background in sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong commercial skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
- Language proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English.
