
Regional Sales Director

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates. We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing field sales team in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for field sales, including GSV/NSV, display volume, Perfect Store, NQC, visit frequency, coverage compliance, time utilization, sellout, etc.
- Execute and embed Nordic field sales strategies, ensuring excellence in in-store execution, including Perfect Store.
- Continuously track, analyze, and optimize field sales performance, ensuring alignment with objectives and compliance standards.
- Manage field sales costs while driving efficiency.
- Foster a high-performance, engaged team culture by leading with inclusivity and role modeling the Five Principles of Mars.
- Cultivate a customer-centric mindset, continuously improving customer engagement and collaboration, and lead execution of annual customer survey action plans at the store level.
