
Regional Sales Director North Europe

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market share in Sweden.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop a sales strategy in the assigned vertical/territory with a target prospect list and a regional/vertical sales plan.
- Lead generation through various channels, including marketing, partners, consultants, and your own network.
- Collaboration with the internal business development team to develop proposals and present them to clients.
- Client relationship management throughout the entire engagement and afterwards.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieving annual sales targets.
- Maintaining and developing a customer and prospect database.
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relations through account management and developing new customers.
Requirements
- A self-starter with persistence and a high energy level.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst managing a small number of large accounts.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect/customer organisations including C-level and internally across the business.
