Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market share in Sweden.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop a sales strategy in the assigned vertical/territory with a target prospect list and a regional/vertical sales plan.
  2. Lead generation through various channels, including marketing, partners, consultants, and your own network.
  3. Collaboration with the internal business development team to develop proposals and present them to clients.
  4. Client relationship management throughout the entire engagement and afterwards.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Achieving annual sales targets.
  2. Maintaining and developing a customer and prospect database.
  3. Maintaining and expanding existing customer relations through account management and developing new customers.

Requirements

  1. A self-starter with persistence and a high energy level.
  2. Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst managing a small number of large accounts.
  3. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect/customer organisations including C-level and internally across the business.
