North Europe Business Strategist

This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced business professional to join our team as a Consumer Business Development Specialist. You will lead our business planning process in North Europe, develop strategic plans and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of short-midterm business plans, driving a balanced country demand forecast creation and providing fact-based sales assumptions and risks and opportunities.
- Providing pro-active guidance to leadership on accomplishment of short & midterm aligned business plans through Risks & Opportunities management and strategical/tactical analytics.
- Using Continuous Improvement mindset, challenging existing planning processes, recommending leaner solutions and improving and automating essential activities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize local business plans and processes and connect with other departments to optimize local business plans.
The ideal candidate should have 5 years business experience with proven cross-functional experience and strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of the industry by market, channels and segments.
Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel / VBA, good skills in Data Warehouse Systems (EDW, SAP) preferred and high analytical competence and rational, cross-functional thinking are required.
