We are on a mission to build a better tomorrow by creating a sustainable future for all. As the Automotive Network Strategist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success in the Swedish market.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive market representation strategy that achieves volume and share growth objectives. This includes making network development strategies, identifying dealers with sufficient capital, capacity, customer satisfaction, and character, and achieving volume and share growth objectives.

Additionally, you will define and implement network plans, manage performance improvement growth processes, lead dealership and related contract/agreement negotiations, and coordinate with relevant resources to adjust business processes.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in business management or engineering, and at least 8 years of related experience in the automotive industry within the hiring regions. Proficiency in English is a must, and experience working in auto OEM for EU network development is highly desirable.
