As a member of our team, you will be responsible for executing various commercial activities, promoting commercial growth, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish Mollie's presence in Sweden by executing commercial activities.

  • Promote commercial growth in Sweden through effective inbound and outbound efforts.

  • Represent the Swedish market and prospective customers to internal teams, including field marketing and product, to identify opportunities and develop strategies.

  • Engage proactively with new customers and partners (agencies, SaaS partners) to gather insights and feedback on the local Mollie experience and product.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the onboarding and integration of new customers, ensuring successful go-live outcomes.

Requirements

  • Native Swedish fluency and English proficiency; knowledge of additional Nordic languages is beneficial.

  • 2-5 years of experience in technology sales; additional experience in strategic or operational roles and/or SaaS/payments is advantageous.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable taking initiative to achieve goals promptly.

  • An outbound mindset with demonstrated experience in outbound skills.

  • A structured approach to work and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills.

  • A team player who energizes colleagues with a healthy level of intensity and entrepreneurial spirit.
