About this Role
We are looking for a strategically driven Customer Success Manager to drive employee engagement and business impact. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve measurable outcomes through Winningtemp.
Your responsibilities will include developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and analyzing customer data and usage patterns to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
You have a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. You are also a confident communicator who can inspire and guide customers in maximizing the value of our platform.
