Customer Experience Architect

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for owning relationships with assigned clients, focusing on growing adoption, ensuring retention, expanding, and satisfying their needs. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to develop and execute success plans with clear goals and key performance indicators.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to ensure customers adopt best practices for running digital programs and using our platform effectively. You'll also mentor and inspire fellow CSMs through great example and professional experiences.
Your Key Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in a related function with direct customer contact and engagement experience.
- Prior experience in a Customer Success Manager Role or equivalent, with a history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes and industries, private and public sector.
- Experience working with web or mobile app product and development teams, plus external technology and/or development partner teams.
- Project and stakeholder management experience & skills.
- Reward renewal processes and strong negotiation skills are big pluses.
- Fluency in English & Swedish is a must-have.
