Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trekitt Customer Experience Specialist for a 1-year Parental Leave Cover.
About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, provide expert advice, and maintain our reputation as an industry leader in the outdoor retail sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat, resolving warranty claims, complaints, and queries efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and company policies to meet customer needs.
- Order Processing: Process orders and payments securely, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Support: Contribute to achieving KPIs, maintaining a positive working environment, and upholding company values.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about outdoor technologies and trends to deliver expert advice and maintain high customer service standards.
About You
We're looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for the outdoors, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience with Microsoft Office, Zen Desk, and POS software, as well as the ability to contribute to team goals and thrive in a collaborative setting.
