Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Growth Product department. This role is responsible for developing and executing a vision for the customer platform team, aligning with business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategy for the customer platform team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with growth and business teams to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Expertly communicate with internal stakeholders to drive project success, tracking key metrics and developments.
- Collaborate with design and technical peers to deliver high-quality end-user experiences, prioritizing capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth.
- 6+ years of experience in product development, working in growing and data-driven organizations.
- Strong product expertise, including software development principles, agile methodologies, and experimentation methods.
- Hands-on PM experience delivering world-class end-user experiences in B2C/B2B contexts.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, facilitating team prioritization and effective communication.
- Ability to lead in complex environments, driving change and creating structure.
- Experience leading platform teams and managing internal products.
- Experience working with SaaS and enterprise business models.
