About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for building long-term sustainable relationships with our clients, advocating their needs internally, and working collaboratively with HR and IT at our clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across Scandinavian countries, consisting of companies with 300-5000 employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute success plans with clients, as well as forecast and predict client needs.
  • Assess and report churn risk for all clients.
  • Pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software, recurring services packages, and stand-alone services.
  • Engage internal experts to meet client needs and steer internal teams supporting clients.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience owning a portfolio of clients.
  • Experience working as KAM, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager, ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Commercial experience and business acumen.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working towards set KPIs and targets.
  • Negotiation skills and great communication and collaboration skills internally and externally.
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
