Driving Customer Retention

Our Consumer Loyalty Analytics team plays a critical role in driving customer retention, fostering user engagement, and long-term loyalty. We achieve this through data-driven insights and solutions enhancing three core loyalty programs:

  • Wolt+ – A premium subscription program offering free delivery and exclusive benefits.

  • Rewards – A points-based program where users earn points for purchases and challenges, unlocking exciting rewards.

  • Promotions – Strategic campaigns boosting user engagement and repeat purchases.

We're looking for a talented Data Scientist to support Wolt+ as part of our Consumer Loyalty Analytics team.

About Wolt+

Wolt+ is designed to enhance the convenience and value of our platform, encouraging frequent usage and customer loyalty. The Wolt+ domain focuses on growing the subscriber base, improving user engagement, and maximizing retention.

You'll collaborate with product and business teams to uncover insights, measure program performance, and develop strategies driving Wolt+ adoption and customer loyalty.

About the Role

As a Data Scientist at Wolt, you'll be responsible for analyzing our data to solve critical business problems. Your scope will range from diagnosing problem areas to identifying solutions and designing experiments influencing decision-making.

This is an opportunity to work in an operational, actionable data-driven environment where you'll drive action from the frontlines rather than just doing analytics.
