As a CRM Manager in our Nordic Merchandising team, you will play a key role in driving customer retention and loyalty. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data to build personalized campaigns and segments, designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns, and planning and implementing CRM strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the process for full utilization of our current CRM system
  • Designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns together with the merchandising team
  • Planning and implementing CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and engagement
  • Analyzing customer data to build highly personalized campaigns and segments
