As a CRM Manager in our Nordic Merchandising team, you will play a key role in driving customer retention and loyalty. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data to build personalized campaigns and segments. Your strategic thinking and analytical skills will help design and implement direct email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Our ideal candidate has experience in direct sales, CRM, or email marketing and is passionate about creative and analytical CRM work. They must be able to analyze customer data to build highly personalized campaigns and segments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the process for full utilization of our current CRM system
  • Designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns together with the merchandising team
  • Planning and implementing CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and engagement
