Job Description

The Sales Development Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Marketing departments through lead generation. This includes qualifying inbound and outbound leads via phone calls, social selling, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for event support and proactive lead generation, working closely with Regional Sales Executives to create new qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics, including appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, conversations of value, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, inbound and outbound tele-sales, and market development activities.
  • Native-level fluency in English and Swedish or Danish.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
