Job Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to enable Sales teams to meet customer expectations and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to enable Sales teams.
- Partner with Sales to ensure opportunity alignment and balance workload.
- Provide strategic feedback to stakeholders on emerging technologies.
- Foster a collaborative partnership between Presales and Sales teams.
About You:
- Proven experience as a presales solution consultant.
- Demonstrable results in leading projects/working groups/opportunity teams.
- High level of accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional presentation and influencing skills for C-level audiences.
- Able to work effectively with multiple collaborators and manage multiple projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of managing Solutions Consultants or Presales teams.
- At least 3 years of team management experience.
