Job Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to enable Sales teams to meet customer expectations and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to enable Sales teams.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure opportunity alignment and balance workload.
  • Provide strategic feedback to stakeholders on emerging technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative partnership between Presales and Sales teams.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a presales solution consultant.
  • Demonstrable results in leading projects/working groups/opportunity teams.
  • High level of accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and influencing skills for C-level audiences.
  • Able to work effectively with multiple collaborators and manage multiple projects.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of managing Solutions Consultants or Presales teams.
  • At least 3 years of team management experience.
