TN Sweden is seeking an experienced Product Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. As a Product Sales and Business Development specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Providing regular updates to the organisation on customer feedback, competitor information, and market trends.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensuring all sales activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
Requirements
- A background in B2B sales, preferably from the lighting industry.
- A well-established network of contacts in the Stockholm and wider Swedish region.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- An ambitious, self-motivated, and well-structured approach.
- The ability to find new leads and engage with new prospects to drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent presentation skills and technique, combined with charisma and personality.
- A relevant technical education is an added benefit.
