We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our business through new account acquisitions and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Acquisition: Identify new clients, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Business Development: Analyze market trends, develop strategies, and implement plans to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with our Customer Success team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the Enterprise software or music licensing industries.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other business tools and technologies.
  • A passion for the music industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the way businesses use music in their content.
