\Job Description
\The ideal candidate will lead the partnership sales strategy, driving customer acquisition execution through our Local Acquisition team with a creative and strategic mindset. You will be responsible for developing innovative partnerships and new acquisition channels that increase brand awareness and drive customer lifetime value (LTV).
\This role requires combining data-driven decision-making with a knack for creative collaborations to take Acquisition to the next level globally. You will leverage AI tools to optimize partnerships and maximize ROI, ensuring accounts hunting and farming are efficient and goal-driven while inspiring your team to exceed targets.
\You will also play a critical role in leading sales forecast meetings, contributing valuable insights and strategies to guide company-wide initiatives. As a key stakeholder, you will work cross-functionally with other teams, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
\Requirements
\We believe you are currently working in a similar role within a fast-moving company, ideally with a strong B2C focus. You thrive in a strategic role that combines creativity, analytics, and a passion for business development and partnership-building.
\Key qualifications include:

- A relevant educational background, such as in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.\
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, ideally with a focus on influencers, affiliates, or Telco collaborations.\
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.\
- Proven experience developing large key accounts, working with creative partnerships that have led to increased brand awareness and customer LTV.\
- Proficiency in tools and platforms used for business development, campaign management, analytics, and performance tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, or CRM systems).\
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in optimizing sales and partnership strategies.\
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting, impactful relationships.\
