Our innovative AI-powered HR platform has transformed the industry, and we're seeking an experienced Account Sales Specialist to drive our sales efforts in Sweden.
\As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating closely with our marketing team to develop targeted strategies for the Swedish market.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Closure Rate Management: Independently carry out sales cycles, demo solutions to prospects and customers, and drive discussions to contract signature.
- Sales Pipeline Growth: Proactively generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline through outreach to potential clients via various channels like cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to identify sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge Development: Develop a profound understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for the Swedish market.
- CRM Management: Regularly update customer relationship management systems with detailed notes and follow-up actions.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden. This is a hybrid remote role with 3 days/week at the office.
