Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our Field Sales organization in Stockholm, Sweden.
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories.
You will perform deep account planning, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment, and run multiple complex SaaS sales cycles.
In this role, you will initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects, share Workday value propositions, and maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
About You
• Experience selling complex SaaS/Cloud based solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
• Experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
• Proven track record in a new logo sales cycle role, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.
• Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts.
• Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies.
• Fluent in Swedish.
