The RoleWe're seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to drive our growth beyond Sweden and bring our innovative technology to more customers.
This is a unique opportunity to build our sales strategy from scratch, secure key partnerships, and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Grönska's presence in Sweden and internationally.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential distributors, corporate clients, and key partners.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with customer needs.
- Be hands-on, whether it's making cold calls, meeting clients, or setting up sales processes from scratch.
- Grow the sales team over time as we scale.
- Entrepreneurial & self-driven – You thrive in a startup environment where no two days are the same.
- A natural salesperson – You love talking to people, understanding their needs, and closing deals.
- Strategic thinker & doer – You see the big picture but aren't afraid to get into the details.
- Experience in B2B sales – Ideally in tech, food, or sustainability, but we're open to different backgrounds.
- Fluent in English & Swedish – Additional languages are a plus as we expand internationally.
