About the Role: HL Display is seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Director – Sweden to lead our sales operation and drive future growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy and vision for the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for Sweden's commercial operations, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Commercial Targets: Drive key financial targets, including Net Sales, Operating Profit, DSI, and DSO, as set by the Area Director and Group Commercial Director.
  3. Business Planning & Forecasting: Lead business planning, forecasting, and priority setting in Sweden to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  4. Leadership & Culture: Foster a high-performance sales team through coaching, development, and continuous improvement.
  5. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the retail industry.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across all functions to ensure seamless operations and support.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated success in a senior commercial role, preferably within the retail or merchandising solutions industry.
  2. Experience in leading sales teams, managing P&L, and driving strategic growth.
  3. Experience from having developed and implemented strategic plans, set priorities, and achieved commercial targets.
  4. Experience in change management and team integration (post-acquisition).
  5. Excellent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
