Commercial Excellence Leader for Nordics Transplant Market

We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Excellence Leader to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for leading commercial initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer engagement in the transplant market.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that optimize patient care and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals and transplant centers.
- Collaborate with Medical, Customer Engagement, and other relevant functions to identify and execute projects aligned with the brand strategy.
- Organize local symposia and workshops with key customers to promote products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Sanofi's code of conduct.
About You
- 5+ years of qualified work experience as a commercial representative in the Specialty care area (haematology, oncology, transplant, immunology).
- Preferably specific knowledge and network in Transplantation, or Haematology-Oncology, especially with regards to key customers.
