About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of Mutti's business in the Swedish market. You will be responsible for defining and implementing commercial strategies to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with key retail customers in Sweden.

Your key responsibilities will include formulating and implementing individual customer development plans, negotiating assortment, promotion & sales activities, and striving for preferred supplier status.

Additionally, you will be responsible for generating business insights through Nielsen & POS data, attending regular food/trade fairs and other events, and working closely with colleagues in Nordic Marketing and Finance, as well as the engaged Mutti Team in Italy.

Your Qualifications
  • A proven track record of developing and maintaining successful relationships with key customers in the Swedish Grocery Trade
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An academic degree in business, marketing or similar
