As Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and strengthening Nets' position in the Swedish market. Your responsibilities will span across several key areas, and you will deliver lasting impact with a blend of strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and an understanding of the Nordic payment landscape.

You will develop and execute commercial initiatives aligned with the company's objectives and growth targets, while analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. By defining and monitoring relevant key performance indicators, you will be an important contributor to ensure that business goals are met.

Revenue growth and profitability will be central in this role, as you will identify strategic sales, marketing, and product positioning initiatives. You will explore new or improved revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling and collaborate with pricing managers to ensure competitive yet profitable customer proposition.

You are a key person in building strong relationships with key customer segments. By monitoring customer value, you will optimize retention, revenue, and satisfaction, while leveraging feedback to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will focus on market expansion and leading initiatives to grow market share. Working closely with marketing and sales teams, you will create impactful propositions that elevate Nets' brand visibility and solidify its leadership in the industry.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute commercial initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets in the Swedish market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies accordingly.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and ensure business objectives are met.
Revenue Growth & Profitability
- Drive revenue growth through impactful sales, marketing, and product positioning initiatives.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with pricing managers to establish competitive pricing strategies that support healthy margins.
- Lead efforts to expand market share in Sweden, focusing on both new and existing customer segments.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a strong presence with key customer segments, positioning Nets as a trusted provider of payment solutions.
- Monitor customer value and identify opportunities to optimize retention, revenue, and satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Unit economics for new and existing customers.
  • Increased market share in Sweden.
  • High customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Successful execution of commercial initiatives.
Experience and Profile

Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven track record in business development, and/or commercial management, preferably within the payment or fintech industry.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experienced in leading initiatives, with a strong focus on stakeholder management to ensure alignment and execution of projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Understanding of the Nordic payment landscape, including market trends and customer behavior, is preferable.
- Fluency in both English and Swedish is highly desirable.
